Return & Refund Policy

At MamasnDadas, customer satisfaction is important to us. Please read our return and refund policy carefully before making a purchase.

Returns

Due to the nature of our fulfillment process and products being shipped directly from our suppliers, we only accept returns under the following conditions:

  • The item arrived damaged
  • The item arrived defective
  • The wrong item was received
  • The item was lost during shipping

We do not accept returns for:

  • Change of mind
  • Incorrect size selection by the customer
  • Minor color variations due to screen display differences
  • Delays caused by customs or courier services
  • Items marked as final sale

Return Request Window

Customers must contact us within 7 days of receiving the product to request a return or refund.

Include:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos/videos of the issue
  • A brief description of the problem

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will offer:

  • A replacement product, or
  • A full or partial refund, depending on the situation

We may not require the item to be returned in some cases.

Return Shipping

If a return is approved:

  • Customers may be responsible for return shipping costs unless the error was caused by our supplier or us.
  • The item must be unused and in original packaging.

Please do not send returns without contacting us first.

Refunds

Once your request is reviewed and approved:

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
  • Processing time is typically 5–10 business days
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the item was defective or incorrect

Order Cancellations

Orders can only be canceled within 12 hours of purchase. After processing begins, cancellations may no longer be possible.

Shipping Delays

We are not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Customs processing
  • Postal carrier disruptions
  • Weather conditions
  • Incorrect shipping addresses were provided by the customer
